Thats why we have designed together with Dr. Howard Gluckman from South Africa a kit, with all the screws and pins you use from building up the bone with plates or umbrella augmentation to closing your augmented area with a membrane.
A maximum of flexibility – you can change your inserts as you want! Even if there is coming a new screw-system you do not have to buy a whole new kit – but just one little insert.
